38 Years ago, already a successful software entrepeneur in his own right, Karl attended a timeshare convention at the Miami Beach Convention Center. It was there SPI contracted to write a buisness software system for a timeshare developer. The rest is history, as they say.

Karl guides the company with a steady hand and emphasizes the importance of relationships and delivering value to customers. "It's a tough business and we are the developers friend, our job is to help them succesfully manage all the details". Karl received a MBA degree from the Wharton School of Finance and is active in civic organizations including the Sierra Club.
Gordon began his career as an actuary and holds a degree in mathematics.
Prior to joining SPI, Gordon ran a major financial derivatives trading firm, with offices from New York to Tokyo, and was a founding board member of the after-hours trading system, Globex. He was in a leadership position at Chicago Mercantile Exchange for many years, having the distinction of being elected to the board by the highest vote total ever.

Matt has been at the forefront of software innovation since the early 80’s. He developed online banking and ATM user interfaces for CitiCorp and Chase, later built AIMS, an ERP software company, achieving national prominence and created .COM e-commerce venture, Digibid, which he sold to KKR (Kolhberg, Kravis and Roberts).
In his 10 years at SPI, Matt has led with high-energy and focus, building successful, long-term partnerships with resort developers, operators and management companies. Matt's extensive background in e-commerce and web development along with his focus and vision are an integral part of the on-going development of SPI Product family that includes Orange and on-line products; Owner Connect, Guest Connect and Orange Dashboards.
Jeff began his customer support career while in college working for Creative Labs in the technical support call center. After graduating from Oklahoma State University, he began his career in hotel software working in support and implementation for Megasys Hospitality Systems (megasyshms.com).
With over 20 years of experience in the resort software industry, Jeff has been intimately involved in designing, implementing and supporting software in nearly all areas of resort operations. Jeff’s experience includes front and back office software and systems for hotels, casinos, destination resorts, restaurants, and resort retail. Jeff exudes enthusiasm and passion for detail and quality.

Steve is a dynamic corporate finance executive, who has assisted in the rapid expansion of revenue and profits at several companies. He is distinguished for his commitment to meet customer and market demands. He has many years of experience in managing the finances for information technology companies.
Steve’s forecasting and business insight skills have assisted several management teams in hiring the personnel needed in time to meet the technology demands of the marketplace and the customer base, enabling the companies to maximize their revenue and profit growth.

Alex is a software professional who lives and breathes timeshare. Over his twenty years with the company, Alex has put together an encyclopedic understanding of all aspects of timeshare business operations.

Prior to serving as customer service manager, Alex was a senior implementation specialist at SPI, in which capacity, he managed softtware timplmentaion projects for many timeshare companies.

Zoila earned her bachelor degree in St. Thomas University in Liberal Studies and her graduate degree from University of Phoenix in Curriculum and Instruction. Her experience in both small and large businesses drove her to focus on building strategies to address performance and leadership in the workplace.
Zoila joined SPI Software in 2011. She has over 10 years of experiences in office management and human resource including developing HR process and policies, compliance, employee relation, performance management, recruiting, benefits, compensation and training.
