SPI Software Poised

as Latin America Market Leader

Timeshare and vacation ownership technology provider SPI software announced this week that Kassandra Lennox has joined its Partner Training & Implementation team. Lennox brings with her more than a decade of hotel management and training experience.  Lennox has a distinguished career leading and training staff in front desk, reservations, revenue management and night audit.  

 

Lennox is the most recent addition to SPI Software’s growing team and supports its rapidly expanding Spanish speaking client partners in Mexico and Latin America. “The opportunity with SPI is the perfect fit for my experience, skills, and passion.  I love working with hotel people and helping them easily use technology to increase guest satisfaction, efficiency and profit”, states Lennox.

Lennox is a Florida native and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin Studies from Lake Forest College.  Prior to joining SPI she has excelled in numerous positons with Mandarin Oriental, Biltmore Hotel and Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach.
