Bill VanHook, CPA, is licensed in the state of Florida and has over 25 years of experience in the areas of manufacturing, corporate management, tax compliance, and SEC registrations and compliance. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. VanHook was the Chief Financial Officer of Aptaris, LLC, a group of privately owned advertising companies with 67 employees and combined revenues of $17 million per year. From 2009 to the present, Mr. VanHook has maintained his accounting practice in Port Richey, Florida, providing financial statement compilations and corporate tax, business advisory, and SEC compliance services.
